Snowy Plover
Say hello to the snowy plover—a tiny beach explorer with sandy-colored feathers that help it blend right into the shore. With its dainty black necklace markings and quick, tip-tap footsteps, it looks like it’s always in a hurry to discover something new. This little bird loves running along the water’s edge, stopping suddenly to peck for snacks, then zooming off again like a wind-up toy on a seaside adventure.
