Refund & Return Policy

At Wild & Whimsy Fiber Art Studio, each piece is carefully handcrafted with natural fibers and a touch of woodland magic. Because of the delicate, handmade nature of our creations, we’ve created the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and our studio.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to their personalized nature, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we want you to love your piece.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@wildwhimsy.ca with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will happily offer a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
