At Wild & Whimsy Fiber Art Studio, each piece is carefully handcrafted and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door—like a small piece of the forest finding its way home. Note: we only ship to Canadian customers at this time.

 

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days

• Made-to-order & custom pieces: 1–3 weeks (depending on complexity)

Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–8 business days

 

Local Delivery / Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the GTA area. Inquire before purchase at info@wildwhimsy.ca

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect their delicate, handmade nature. We use protective materials to ensure your piece arrives in beautiful condition.

Whenever possible, we incorporate eco-friendly and recyclable packaging.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available with the selected shipping method).

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes

• These charges are not included in your order total

 

Shipping Issues & Delays

Wild & Whimsy Fiber Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or customs.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
